ABOUT US

We are a company that carries the history in all our garments. Representing the millenary legacy in every product we offer. Made with the highest quality through raw materials such as alpaca wool, baby alpaca, vicuña, among others.

Our company was born with the idea of promoting the millenary art that represents us all Cusco. We also seek to innovate the way in which a textile garment can be appreciated by the public. On December 1, 1988, we opened our first store located in Sacsawaman, at that time our company was called "Cochapata".

Step by step we created a cozy place full of dreams that concern the Pumayali family as a whole.

After much planning, we decided to open a second store, this time located at Calle Saphi 818 - Cusco, which was inaugurated on October 25.

Carlos Pumayali Callañaupa and Roberta Santiago Conde founded the company. Their children have the mission of following the legacy that they began. We seek to offer at all times the best service, give a warm welcome to all tourists who visit the store for its prestigious garments that tell us of an identity that is personal and collective.

Vicuñita Factory has quickly positioned itself as one of the best textile companies in Peru, offering the purest quality in finishes and magnificent outfits that famous people such as Robert De Niro, have dressed and have been pleased, especially for the familiar treatment they have been given.

We also have a museum specializing in textile art, which the public can visit comfortably. Our surname maintains intact its culture through its customs and traditions so full of memory, captivating more than one visitor and demonstrating, at the same time, that our fascinating ancestral history goes far beyond a textile company, as it seeks to keep our tradition alive by creating a link between our cultural identity with all of you.
