It is our priority to offer products of excellent quality is why the customer can request a change in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.


By company policies, change is understood as a request made by the customer, which aims to change one product for another. The company reserves the right to accept or reject this request depending on the case and previous evaluation.

Changes of garments may be accepted if they exist:

  • Quality problems (loss of colour, rupture of seams, pilling, etc.).
  • Problems when choosing the size, color or model.
  • The garment is in perfect condition.
  • Do not show signs of use or damage caused.
  • The client will have a period of 07 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the order, to submit their request for change.

All changes will be made according to the following requirements:

  • Physical sales slip or proof of payment (online sale)
  • The garment is in perfect condition.
  • It has the original packaging and labels.

Schedule of Monday to Friday of 9 to 13h and of 14 to 19h)

The customer, who has made his purchase through our website must return the (the) product (s) in perfect condition via Courier, to the address in Cusco: Calle Saphi 818 (shipping is assumed by the customer and prior coordination via mail with the code provided by the company for a better follow-up.)

In case of return it is understood as a request made by the client that has as objective to return the product by the paid amount.
